This Refund Policy applies solely to 1-on-1 coaching services offered by Lionheart Society, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking and participating in coaching sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Refund Policy governs all 1-on-1 coaching services provided by Lionheart Society, LLC. It does not apply to digital products, group programs, workshops, or other offerings, which may have separate policies in the future.

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only available in the event of:

• Payment errors (e.g., double charges)

• Technical issues that prevent delivery of a scheduled session

All other sessions, including missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows, are non-refundable in accordance with the Client Coaching Agreement.​

3. Payment Processing

All coaching session payments are processed securely via PayPal. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled coaching session. Requests received after this timeframe may not be considered.

5. Non-refundable / No-Show Policy

Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance or missed without proper notice are considered no-shows and are non-refundable, as outlined in the Client Coaching Agreement. Sessions that begin late will end at the scheduled time and are not extended.

6. Limitations / Liability

Lionheart Society, LLC is not responsible for outcomes, results, or personal experiences arising from coaching sessions. Refunds are limited to payment errors or situations explicitly covered by this policy.
